We've had much sunshine already. This is Southern California after all. But rain is still needed.

There is just something about wet grass... I love it. The air is fresh and clean, nature is vibrant.

I guess after being indoors by force for what seemed ages, I'm just thrilled to get around and enjoy nature right here. So if you'll pardon me, I'll just gush a little about it!
Sitting on the swing I soak in the tender scene of birds feeding their young ones.
Breathe.... Mmm... the air smells of rosemary and pink jasmine.The bumble bees are here, hummingbirds dart to and fro like mini fighter jets, yellow and red finches flock to the feeders, the doves have brought a few friends, and yes, there are butterflies!
Our newly adopted cat - she adopted us - big with kittens, stretches out demanding petting and BunBun is munching on is favorite treat besides cilantro, geraniums, bougainvillea flowers, petunias and bowers vine. I feed it to him every day - spoiled rabbit!
Life is good, simple pleasures often bring much peace. Pierre in Montréal snapped some great shots of children taking over a merry-go-round. Simple pleasures... Like glistening rain drops in the sunshine.
Have you stopped today to feast on the beauty our Heavenly Father surrounds us with? I did. And then I thanked Him...

It’s not fair!
In So. California almost anything will grow almost anywhere. While here in the valley I need to get the plants rooted and going before that “Warm” summer’s blast of heat hits. I even was watering some new plants which I put into the ground yesterday this evening. With the hope of getting to see the blossoms.

Aw Mervi, it seems that way. But truth be told, I'm not a fan of year-round mild weather. I like the seasons. But this is where I am planted, so I stay :)
It has been beautiful here, too. I am enjoying it while it lasts. Alas, it will soon be too, too hot!

Diamche, du matin et au soir, je me suis retrouvée avec le même problem qu'il ya un mois. Les deux jours derniers furent difficiles, aujourd'hui ça va un peu mieux.
En ce moment, le vent souffle et le ciel devient sombre, une bonne pluie j'espère. En tous cas la fraîcheur de l'air me convient!
Je pense que tes Pâques se sont faites entouré de famille ou amis. Et pour le Printemps, it will arrive!

Hello Gilles,
I did and then, I had a relapse, the thing mutated in other words. This weekend I'll be finishing this new round of antibiotics. A few days ago, something else went wrong. But I refuse to stay there and I'll be fine. The best thing is to rest and replenish my immune system.
Hooray for the buds! I love the first signs of Spring!
We had a couple of hot days (upper 90°) Today was back to normal, and tonight it's cool - awesome weather.
Alors je n'ai pu faire des promenades et prendre des photos de ma ville, mais bientôt.
